Frequently Asked Questions

Regarding the Detox Open Luna

What is the difference with the Open Moon Detox?

We currently have 3 cleansing plans:

1-Natural Detox 14 Days: focused on natural anti-inflammation.

2-Liver Balance 21 Days: supports the natural liver cleansing process.

3-Blood Zen 16 Days: natural support for blood cleansing

Can plans be repeated?

Yes, you can repeat them whenever you want. Taking them daily in cycles offers better results because you maintain consistency. Once you finish a plan, you can also continue taking a sachet occasionally to support digestion and help reduce inflammation.

How are they taken and for how long?

Drink 1 sachet daily as an infusion, for 14, 16, or 21 days depending on the plan. These routines are designed to easily integrate into your daily life and gently support detoxification.

Can I drink coffee while detoxing?

1-Natural Detox 14 Days: We recommend not drinking coffee during this detox, as it is acidic and diuretic, which could enhance the effects depending on the person.

2- Blood Zen and Liver Balance: these 2 plans can be taken with coffee.

Can detoxing be done during pregnancy or breastfeeding?

No, no detox plan is suitable for pregnant women or while breastfeeding.

From what age can you take the detox?

Detox is only for adults.

Other teas and infusions can be consumed by younger individuals.

Does detoxing give you energy?

1-Natural Detox Tea: yes, our detox contains green tea, which provides natural energy. It can be an excellent option to replace coffee.

2-Liver Balance and Blood Zen: they do not contain caffeine, so they do not provide energy.

Will the detox make me go to the bathroom all day?

1-Natural Detox Tea: Our detox is designed to work gradually in the body, avoiding discomfort or inconvenience. Even so, each person reacts differently. But its effect in most cases is progressive without discomfort.

2-Liver Balance and Blood Zen: do not make you go to the bathroom all day, but they can increase the number of times you urinate daily.

What do I do if the detox causes me discomfort?

If you experience discomfort, we recommend discontinuing use.

What happens if I miss a day? Should I take two the next day?

There's no need to double up. If you miss a dose, simply continue the next day with your usual pouch. Consistency is what makes the difference, not quantity.

Can I take them with my diet, exercise, or fasting? Do they help with weight loss?

Yes, they easily adapt to any healthy lifestyle.

They are not a substitute for medication or a weight loss plan; their purpose is to support the body's detoxification, digestion, and balance.

Can they be taken together or is it better to take them separately?

You can do each plan separately or alternate them depending on what you want to prioritize (liver, blood, or inflammation). Some prefer to combine them in cycles, others alternate one one day and another the next.

When is the best time of day to take it and how is it prepared?

  • Liver Balance and Blood Zen: Ideally, take these after a main meal, as they support digestion. Prepare them like a traditional infusion: hot water and steep for a few minutes. You can drink them both hot or cold.

  • Detox 14 days: This can be taken at any time of day, except at night, as it contains green tea and could affect sleep.

Who should not take these Detox plans

These plans are designed for healthy adults seeking to naturally support their body's detoxification process. However, their consumption is not recommended for pregnant or breastfeeding women, children, or individuals with chronic medical conditions (such as liver, kidney, heart, or blood pressure problems) without the approval of a healthcare professional.

Specifically:

  • Liver Balance contains licorice, which can raise blood pressure, so it is not recommended for individuals with hypertension.

  • Blood Zen includes herbs like ginkgo, which can affect blood clotting, so it is not advisable for individuals taking anticoagulants or with bleeding disorders.

  • Detox Natural 14 days contains cassia seeds, known for their mild laxative effect, which may not be suitable for individuals with sensitive intestines or gastrointestinal problems.

If you are taking medication regularly, it is best to consult your doctor before starting any of the plans, as some herbs may interact with certain treatments

Are they a medical treatment?

No. Our plans are made with natural infusions that can accompany a healthy lifestyle, but they do not replace diagnoses, treatments, or professional medical advice. If you have any health conditions or are taking medication, consult your doctor before starting the plan.

About Matcha

Can I drink matcha on an empty stomach?

Yes, many people prefer to take it on an empty stomach to take advantage of its energizing effect. If you have a sensitive stomach, you can accompany it with something light.

How do you properly prepare matcha?
